Music at Stevens this year!
With the loss of outside funding for our music program, the PTA has stepped up to provide significant financial support to keep this important program available to our students.
That means your donations help pay for our music teacher and keep music education thriving at Stevens.
Help Keep Music & Reading Strong
Thanks to our Stevens community, we funded both a Music Specialist and Reading Specialist this year! Music and reading are two pieces of what your PTA supports. Your contributions also help fund classroom resources, enrichment, student activities, community events, and other programs that make Stevens special.

Reading Interventionist: Our reading interventionist co-teaches in K-2 classrooms and provides small-group intervention for those in need of literacy support. These efforts contributed to Stevens earning a recent “Closing the Gap” reading award for students with special needs.

Music Specialist: Our music program brings creativity and cultural richness to Stevens through engaging lessons, diverse performances, and hands-on musical exploration. The Winter Concert showcases many cultures with varied performance styles, while the Spring Sing & Art Walk broadens opportunities for student expression and community connection.

Project Based Learning: Stevens’ Earth Stewards PBL program engages students in hands‑on, student-led environmental learning through multi‑age Pods and stewardship projects. With PTA support, Kids Club educators help facilitate these projects and ensure inclusive, meaningful collaboration across age groups.
Thanks to our Stevens community we funded both a Music Specialist and Reading Specialist in 2026! To keep these positions going next year, we’ll need to raise at least $116,619. To learn more visit our Community Impact page.
